What You'll Be Doing

1. Drive Business Performance

• Review and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly performance data

• Track and manage the growth of 500+ cohosts in Germany

• Identify key business opportunities and lead initiatives to scale impact

• Unlock and manage local budgets for marketing and recruitment

2. Lead Community Engagement

• Build trust and engagement among Hosts and Cohosts

• Organize regular webinars and in-person community meetups in major cities

• Share regulatory updates and platform best practices

• Represent the platform at community and industry events

• Travel quarterly across Germany to strengthen host relationships

3. Develop the Marketplace

• Identify underserved regions and deploy cohosting coverage

• Collaborate with global teams on recruitment and onboarding strategies

• Monitor supply and demand to ensure a healthy, scalable hosting network

What We're Looking For

Experience: 5–10 years in business operations, project management or sales

Industry Know-How: Marketplace platform experience is highly valued

Skills & Mindset:

• Analytical thinker who thrives in a target-driven environment

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

• Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus

• Location: Ideally Berlin-based or remote with willingness to visit Berlin monthly (travel covered)
