HRIS Analyst (Workday) - Hamburg or remote

Join our team in the highly visible Systems and Strategic Projects department in a permanent role, combining elements of internal systems and organizational development across an extremely fast-moving mobility tech business. We define the European multi-mobility ecosystem. 

FREENOW went live with Workday at the end of 2019 with Core HCM and Absence, and we continuously strive to enhance the system to match our needs. Next to adding new modules (Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Adaptive Planning, Time Tracking) our focus is set on building additional integrations to smoothen business processes. 

We are looking for a highly motivated problem solver to join our team. Your future focus as part of our team will be, but is not limited to supporting the business regarding the use of Workday, maintaining and enhancing our existing modules and creating overall efficiencies within the system. 

This role offers you the unique chance to actively shape and improve the future of our internal systems, help to increase internal customer interaction and make everyone a strong advocate of the tool.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Work with stakeholders across the company, understand their requirements and propose technical solutions in Workday
• Be the main contact person for Workday Core HCM
• Leverage additional Workday functionalities to improve our tenant setup 
• Go-to person for questions regarding Workday
• Perform mass changes (i.e. Inbound EIBs)
• Stay up to date with Workday releases and new functionalities
• Drive automation by continuously pushing the status quo
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• You have 1-2 years experience with Workday, preferably with experiences in compensation and absence configuration 
• You have a strong drive to learn and a deep interest in Workday
• You have a good process understanding and an analytical mindset
• You have the ability to analyze business requirements and ask the right questions
• You have experience of working in an agile, fast moving environment
• You are hands-on and bring a structured and independent working style
• You like to think in fun & innovative ways about solutions
• You have experience in leading Workday related projects
• You are certified in HCM or other Workday modules  
• You are experienced in working with Workday Dashboards and or other business analytics like tableau to derive business insights our top management can base decisions on
