Your mission
The Senior Vice President, Commercial will serve as the Head of US Commercial and will provide the strategic vision and leadership necessary to develop and implement the commercial strategy and capabilities for Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals to deliver on Pierre Fabre’s aspirations for the US market. Product portfolio includes an innovative allogeneic, off the shelf, EBV-specific T-cell immunotherapy currently under regulatory review, a late lifecycle dermatology pediatric product and a growing pipeline in clinical development. This role will provide strategic guidance and operational excellence to maximize the commercial value of our EBV-specific T-cell immunotherapy currently under regulatory review, Hemangeol and pipeline programs. Additionally, this role will partner with Business Development to identify and assess external opportunities consistent with PFP’s portfolio strategy. This individual will have direct responsibility for Marketing, Value and Access, Sales, Market Research, Commercial Ops functions and will work closely with cross functional team members including HQ colleagues (global). This role reports to the CEO of Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide executive-level leadership, oversight, strategy, and planning across the Commercial organization
- Establish and deliver financial targets, including demand generation, net sales and effective budget management
- Own end-to-end commercial strategy, including opportunity prioritization, targeting, positioning and pricing strategy
- Deploy a customer engagement model to support HCP treatment decision across all aspects of the treatment journey, including access and reimbursement; Partner closely with Med Affairs, Patient Affairs and Tech Ops to ensure strategic partnership and coordination at the account level
- Build and scale a high impact customer-focused commercial function
- Establish clear goals and performance metrics, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and support the professional development of team members
- Ensure PFP values are embedded throughout the organization and all operations are compliant
- Engage with HQ management, commercial leaders and the PFP Board of Directors to ensure alignment and support of US decisions
- Represent the US through commercial assessments in Business Development activities and portfolio planning
- Demonstrate thought leadership by representing Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals at industry meetings, conferences, and functions, as appropriate
- Adhere to relevant pharmaceutical industry regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies
- Ability to travel up to 40% or as dictated by business need
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Significant commercial leadership experience in the pharma or life science industry in the US (15+ years) with an outstanding record of accomplishment in leading high performing teams and managing a P&L
- Extensive understanding and experience in both the clinical and business aspects of rare disease and/ or oncology
- Solid understanding of the U.S. market access environment with the ability to guide pricing and reimbursement strategies
- Experience with complex patient journeys
- Demonstrated abilities to attract, develop, retain and lead talent and create a culture that supports appropriate risk taking and fosters innovation
- Strong executive presence and a motivational leadership style that inspires others, conveys confidence, and demonstrates passion for Pierre Fabre’s mission
- Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful external relationships
- High energy for a start-up environment and an innovative proactive team player
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Hybrid preferred with 2-3X/week in office expectation (HQ – Secaucus, NJ)
- Would consider remote based candidate with travel up to 40%
LOCATION: US, NJ

Salary Range: $375,000 - $475,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
