<p>Purpose Statement:</p>
<p>The successful candidate will become part of a team playing a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The candidate must balance a variety of tasks related to gathering requirements from customers, designing effective user interfaces, developing software solutions, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. The candidate must be able to interact across functional teams and sites to deliver the optimum solution.</p>

<p>Key Roles & Responsibilities:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Software Development: Design, code, and test high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our projects. </li>
<li>Stakeholder Management: Meeting with customers and end users to gather requirements and determine optimal solutions with Global impact in mind and communicate ongoing status.</li>
<li>System Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver successful software projects.</li>
<li>Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, providing practical solutions and improvements.</li>
<li>Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems, APIs, and processes.<br/>

</ul>

<p>Education & Experience:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors’ degree in relevant STEM discipline with 5+ years experience, ideally in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience planning and executing testing of complex applications.</li>
<li>Proved success working in a collaborative environment, with a track record of accomplishments that result in measurable business impacts.</li>
<li>Strong sense of personal accountability.</li>
<li>Proven aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to change.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business partners.</li>
<li>Required knowledge in .NET, C#, SQL, CSS, JavaScript, HTML</li>
<li>knowledge of MS power platform, Data Visualization and analytics, RPA, AI/ML, is a preference but not essential. </li>
