We are seeking highly energetic and motivated people to join our team of Outside Sales Representatives in the Indianapolis area!

About You

• Must be comfortable walking on roof
• Self- motivated
• Able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs
• Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system
• Clean driving record, required
• Background check, required
• No prior sales experience required
• No roofing experience required

Initial Training

• Comprehensive 12-week paid training program
• 3 weeks classroom training, 9 weeks field training
• Lodging provided for classroom training
