2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Nights
Hours: 7:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday – Thursday

Then Kirby Risk Precision Machining (KRPM) may be right for you. We are a CNC machining supplier to Original Equipment Manufacturers with more than 15 CNC machines focusing on cost, quality, and delivery.

This role supervises and coordinates shift activities, safeguards product flow and production schedules. Guarantees quality, shift productivity, efficiencies, addresses production and personnel issues.

You must be able to:
• Keeps work centers running efficiently, achieving customer demands and machine optimization
• Conducts annual performance appraisals, assess cross-training needs and coach team to goal attainment
• Champions the ongoing training, mentoring, coaching, communicating, and developing of employees
• Promotes a safety-first culture through inspections, training and development
• Responds to all corrective actions immediately
• Implements continuous improvement measures follows ISO 9001 quality procedures

Role Requirements:
• 3+ years of supervision on second/night shift
• Some college, trade/vocational education, or apprenticeship, 3-4 years relevant work experience with CNC equipment
• Leadership experience in a labor-based manufacturing environment
• Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Computer skills and aptitude, necessary Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, & Word.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail and organization
