Lucid Motors is searching for a Manufacturing Systems Specialist for the Software Developer position for its Casa Grande, Az facilities. This candidate will be responsible for the development and rollout of manufacturing systems used in production.

You Will:

• Development of Enterprise applications for Manufacturing related functional modules.
• Connectivity management with Peer systems and third-party systems for Manufacturing enterprise modules.
• Delivery of MES projects (development to testing and deployment) through agile processes.
• Including future-oriented remote diagnostics in the development of modules.
• Business Process mapping to enable digitization of modules with respect to KPIs.
• Creation of digital blocks and standardization of the same, with ISA-95 framework in all manufacturing areas. Defining template for data extraction and transfer to the data repository.
• Maintaining a dynamic data repository based on functional (MES) requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of wireframe for all functions. Development of functionalities and integration with Main MES functions using standard Software development methodology.
• Maintaining Developer progress through the cycle, focusing on the quality of work and integration index for various real-life devices/processes with time sheets.
• Visualization of Module wise connectivity, and changes in functions, based on data generation/availability and enrichment of functions.
• Overarching maintenance of architecture for all digital blocks and their interconnectivity and data interoperability between modules.
• Table structure definition, memory allocation to the DBs, defining maintenance plan, and code standardization in back-end programs, such as triggers and stored procedures.
• DB integrations with third-party applications using standard tools such as the SSI package.
• Defining collections in No -SQL DB in JSON code with segmentation based on domain/application requirement and local/cloud segregation for analysis.

You Bring:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics/Instrumentation
• Minimum of 2 years of Software Development field experience.
• Experience with:
• MES Manufacturing Execution System and MES - SAP Integration
• Java SE, Rockwell FTPC (Development based on Pnuts Script)
• Concept of Forms, Eventsheets, Activity, BOM, Subroutines, UDA, Work Order, Lot, Unit, Consumption Plan, Master Tables / Transaction tables, AT_Definitions, Live Data Tags (read and write).
• ODS / PDS concept.
• Rockwell Module for Live Transfer & Purge, LT Extractor, LT Loader, Site Extractor, LT Manager.
• FTPC Modular framework concept.
• JMX and ActiveMQ.
• Setup and configuration of JBoss & Tomcat.
• Database concepts of SQL Server: DDL, DML, DCL, Indexing, Join, Subquery, Union, and Order by / Group by.
