<h2>Your Tasks</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Product Management &amp; Strategy:</strong> Lead the full lifecycle of Space-as-a-Service solutions, from ideation through rollout, optimization, and market analysis. (<span>We unlock the potential of our physical locations, turning them into revenue-generating, experience-led environments with a scalable portfolio of innovative concepts)</span></li> <li><strong>Pricing &amp; Contract Design:</strong> Develop and implement pricing strategies and contract frameworks; ensure compliance and coordinate complex cross-departmental alignments</li> <li><strong>International Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management:</strong> Manage implementation with country organizations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders</li> <li><strong>Internal Key Account Management:</strong> Collaborate closely with international and national Real Estate Key Accounts to drive a coherent space strategy</li> <li><strong>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting:</strong> Define and track KPIs, monitor performance across products and countries, and prepare regular management reports</li> <li><strong>Budget &amp; Resource Planning:</strong> Support budget planning and resource allocation for assigned products and projects</li> </ul><h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>University degree or equivalent qualification</li> <li>Several years of experience in product management, business development, retail business, or comparable roles with international exposure</li> <li>Proven expertise in pricing strategies and contract design/management, ideally in retail environments</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of B2B business models and real estate market dynamics</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (incl. at management level)</li> <li>Strong commercial and financial acumen, results orientation, and persistence</li> <li>Strategic and conceptual thinker with advanced project management skills and ability to work in matrix structures</li> <li>Experience in leading (sub-)projects and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams</li> <li>Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage</li> </ul><h2>About Us</h2> <p>We are building a scalable Space-as-a-Service portfolio beyond our core Consumer and Experience Electronics Retail business.
