Senior Business controller

<ul><li>Conduct <strong>in-depth analyses</strong> of P&amp;L, ROCE, and risk management for specific market segments, identifying trends and growth potential;</li><li>Translate financial data into clear <strong>reports and presentations</strong>, providing strategic insights and recommendations;</li><li>Optimize working capital and <strong>monitor key risks</strong> related to accumulated positions and essential raw materials;</li><li>Manage the planning process, including <strong>periodic forecasts</strong>, <strong>annual budgeting, and strategic planning</strong> up to EBIT level;</li><li>Contribute to <strong>key investment</strong> projects, including CAPEX and M&amp;A, by providing financial expertise;</li><li>Collaborate with the <strong>Reporting Factory</strong> to enhance reporting and analysis tools, ensuring consistency and accuracy;</li><li>Act as a <strong>strong business partne</strong>r by supporting market segments and facilitating strategic decisions with financial insights.</li></ul> <p><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p><ul><li>You hold a <strong>master’s degree</strong> in finance, business administration, or a related field;</li><li>Acquire at least <strong>4 years</strong> of experience in finance, preferably as a controller or business partner;</li><li>Demonstrate strong <strong>analytical skills</strong> to translate financial data into <strong>strategic insights;</strong></li><li>Communicate fluently in<strong> Dutch</strong>, both written and spoken;</li><li>Possess excellent <strong>communication skills</strong> to present complex financial concepts clearly;</li><li><strong>Collaborate</strong> effectively with <strong>cross-functional teams</strong> and <strong>senior management</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-haves:</strong></p><ul><li>Have experience working with <strong>SAP</strong> or similar<strong> ERP systems</strong>.</li><li>Speak <strong>English or French</strong> in addition to Dutch.</li><li>Show a <strong>proactive mindset</strong> with a<strong> hands-on approach </strong>to problem-solving.</li><li>Bring experience in<strong> investment analysis</strong>, CAPEX, or M&amp;A.</li><li>he Demonstrate tability to <strong>optimize working capital and risk management.</strong></li></ul>
