About the role
The Business Change Industrialisation function is a high performing, focused, and independent function within Computacenter Group Information Systems that drives business change across the Global Computacenter Organization to support our strategy, growth and organizational transformation goals. We act as the custodian of Computacenter’s Group Operating Model in terms of its rules, design and principles to ensure that the Operating Model is understood and adopted through execution of any strategic business change in collaboration with all the different Business functions of Computacenter.
What you’ll be doing
Be accountable for ensuring change initiatives that you support are executed in line with the Industrialisation Change Management Office governance standards, processes and practices.
Work with stakeholders to communicate resource requirements, build implementation schedules, and produce required implementation deliverables
Maintain MS Project Plans.
Provide status reports to the Change Manager for assigned activities, tasks, and events.
Fulfill project assistant activities relevant to assigned work, to include, but not limited to:
Organizing workshops and meetings, managing attendee invites and arranging rooms and dial-in facilities.
Attending workshops and meetings, producing minutes, and notes.
Creating and managing action tracking logs arising from workshops and meetings, proactively chasing for action closure and escalating where required.
Creating and managing risks and issues tracking logs, proactively chasing for status updates and escalating where required.
Hosting governance related meetings.
Tracking resource requirements.
Support with travel coordination.
Tracking implementation costs including managing invoices, payments and timesheets.
Production of PROSCI change management collateral such as the Change Management Strategy and Change Management Plan, including management of the Proxima Change Management Portal.
Collate status updates from stakeholders supporting implementation of Change Initiatives.
Support the Change Manager in production of, and management of, a Change implementation plan.
What you have
2-3 years of previous demonstrable experience in delivering small projects or assigned tasks within a Business Change Initiative or Project is essential.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail, applying consistency and follow-through on ongoing activities.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Excellent MS Office skills with expertise in MS Excel and MS Project.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with people from many different disciplines and backgrounds.
Ability to work within a team-oriented global culture.
Ability to multi-task, be organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to be self-sustaining, work independently, and remain accountable.
Comfortable handling sensitive information under pressure.
Ability to be flexible and multi-task on a daily basis.
Confidence that you can thrive in a fast-paced Business Change environment.
Have an interest in career progression within business change management.
The ability to travel 25% within the United States and 1-2 times per year internationally is essential.
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Bonus points
Formal accreditation or certification in Project Management or Change Management is highly desirable.
Experience in supporting ERP or any other large-scale IT-related Business Change is desirable.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
