Come join our team!</span></p><p><strong><span>What You Will Do</span></strong><span></span></p><ul><li><span>Embrace influential leadership to support the organization while advancing our Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture</span></li><li><span>Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in converting operations</span></li><li><span>Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and reduce waste</span></li><li><span>Provide technical guidance and support to the converting team, including troubleshooting equipment and process issues</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance</span></li><li><span>Lead and mentor a team of technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety</span></li><li><span>Conduct training sessions to enhance the skill set of the team</span></li><li><span>Oversee projects related to new equipment installation, upgrades, and process optimization</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations</span></li><li><span>Analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement</span></li><li><span>Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive performance</span></li></ul><p><span></span></p><p><strong><span>Basic Qualifications </span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing environment, including supervising and developing technical staff.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on expertise in paper converting (tissue/towel) and solid knowledge of paper manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry standards.</span></li><li><span>Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, including leading root‑cause analysis (RCA) and resolving operational issues.</span
