About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, results-oriented Senior Integrated Marketing & Campaign Manager to lead marketing efforts for HP’s Consumer PC business in the US. This role is pivotal in driving profitable market share, brand relevance, and consumer engagement through full-funnel, end-to-end campaign execution.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for consumer and casual gaming tailored to the US market, working across the 4Ps and collaborating with cross-functional teams, one hp initiative leads, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns. From media planning to creator partnerships, you’ll own the process from strategy to performance optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead US consumer market strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels - including digital, retail, social, influencer, content, and experiential.

  • Lead casual gaming initiatives for the US through work+play differentiation, ensuring clear distinction from OMEN/HyperX in strategy, positioning, and campaign execution.

  • Drive 4P marketing alignment in collaboration with sales, category and marketing strategy & planning team to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.

  • Own media planning and buying in partnership with media agencies, ensuring efficient investment and performance across platforms.

  • Develop and manage creator/influencer programs, in partnership with the One HP Influencer lead on gaming, that resonate with US audiences and amplify brand storytelling.

  • Manage creative development together with the WW team, ensuring assets are locally relevant, on-brand, and breakthrough.

  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring delivery against KPIs and continuous optimization.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably in consumer tech or electronics.

  • Proven success in leading US market campaigns from strategy through execution.

  • Strong expertise in media planning, creator/influencer marketing, and retail activation.

  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing performance and driving business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion for technology and consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics, PCs, or related industries.

  • Familiarity with US retail and digital marketing ecosystems.

  • Experience with creator/influencer platforms and content strategy.

  • Regional or global collaboration experience is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
