About this Role:
Join our IT department as a Sr. Systems Engineer specializing in L2 and L2+ support for the force.com platform. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, resolving complex technical issues and supporting seamless operations for our business users.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver advanced L2/L2+ technical production support for the force.com platform in a 24 x 5 environment
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis and support integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions and drive process improvements
Performing minor code fixes and deploy changes as needed is a plus
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in IT with 4–6 years hands-on production support experience
Proficient with Salesforce admin tools, data management, integration methods, Incident Management, ServiceNow and JIRA
Experience handling escalated technical issues (L2/L2+)
Familiarity with Co-Pilot and GenAI tools
Excellent communication skills; collaborative team player
Good to have:
Apttus CPQ/CLM platform support experience is a plus
Experience performing minor code fixes and deploying solutions is a plus
