About The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead QA Automation and Performance Engineer to join us as we scale our infrastructure and operations. Reporting to our Head of QA, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and infrastructure. This role is not just about testing—it’s about leading the charge in ensuring that every aspect of our technology is reliable, scalable, and built to support our rapid growth.

You will be at the forefront of defining and implementing automation and performance testing strategies, solving complex technical challenges, and establishing best practices that set the bar for quality at Fora. Beyond technical expertise, you’ll be a leader who collaborates across teams to align QA initiatives with business goals, mentors and inspires team members, and advocates for quality in every corner of our organization.

• Build and implement robust automation frameworks and performance testing strategies.
