About the role
The RoleWe’re looking for someone who doesn’t just make parts — you validate them. This role is ideal for a CNC machinist with strong inspection experience, or an experienced quality professional ready to expand into machining. If you’ve worked in NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection), CMM programming, or high-level inspection and want to grow your machining skills, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do· Set up and operate CNC equipment including:o Haas millso 5-axis machining center (Doosan DVF5000)· Machine tight-tolerance components for high-spec applications· Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measurement tools· Program and operate CMM equipment using PolyWorks (preferred)· Interpret complex drawings, GD&T, and aerospace-level requirements· Support AS9100 quality standards and documentation practices· Identify defects, investigate root causes, and help drive corrective actions
What Makes You a Strong Fit· Background in CNC machining or quality inspection (both are ideal)· Experience with PolyWorks (CMM programming and inspection) preferred· Experience in NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection) highly preferred· Comfortable working in or transitioning into an AS9100 environment· Ability to read and interpret complex prints and GD&T· Interest in developing cross-functional skills (machining + quality)· High attention to detail — you catch issues before they become problems
Why This Role is DifferentMost shops separate machining, inspection, and CMM work. Whether your background is machining or quality, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into both. You won’t just be making parts — you’ll be helping define the standard.
What We Offer· Exposure to advanced machining (including 5-axis work)· A clean, organized, quality-driven shop environment· A team that values precision, accountability, and craftsmanship
How to ApplyIf you’ve worked in NDI, machining, or CMM programming — or you’re an experienced quality professional looking to grow into machining — we want to talk.Tell us about your experience and what kind of work you take pride in.
