Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts quarterly audits for branch.
• Conducts random OASIS form audits.
• Conducts RC review for staff with poor quality scores.
• Serves as backup when staff shortages or vacations occur.
• Participate in QAPI committee.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High level of organization skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

• State-of-Indiana or multistate RN licensure
• At least two (2) years of prior nursing experience
• Knowledge of health administration regulations and standards, health information management, and Medicaid, Waiver and Home health service lines
• Prior audit experience preferred
