Responsibilities
Noblis ESI is seeking a cleared Executive Assistant to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) and Office Director with responsibility for administrative knowledge of the assigned tools and programs/projects.
- Perform advanced, diversified and confidential duties that are administrative in nature.
- Work requires broad and comprehensive experience and skills, and a thorough knowledge of organization policies and practices.
- Collaborate with Special Assistants and the Chief of Staff.
- Coordinate, integrate, and execute office administrative functions, personnel in/out processing, and the office Strategic Calendar.
- Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, cross office coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR an Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience.
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Officer, and well-versed with functions and processes.
- Experience creating, delivering, and maintaining the office strategic calendar.
- Experience scheduling and coordinating activities, conference rooms, and travel arrangements.
- Experience conducting briefings, document reviews, and records management.
- Experience with personnel in/out processing documentations and coordination.
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in the NRO, DoD, or the Intelligence Community.
- Experience coordinating and executing in accordance with NRO records management and office configuration management plan.
- Experience creating and reviewing travel vouchers.
- Experience with coordinating and managing decision documents, directives, work plans, governance documentation, and strategic artifacts.
- Draft, proofread, edit, and coordinate correspondence.
- Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills.
- Experience attending events and capturing minutes and notes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders.
- Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily.
- Track and respond to office tasking and build and present briefings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
