SCHEDULE: US ET and INDIA TIME ZONE depending on need. 1 hour unpaid break Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Retail Link Data Analyst. This role will support our Walmart business by leveraging Retail Link to monitor performance, optimize inventory, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Prior experience in supply chain management and working with Walmart’s Retail Link platform is a MUST . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and retail operations.Key Responsibilities:
Retail Link Reporting & Analysis

Access and extract data from Walmart’s Retail Link platform

Analyze sales, inventory, and store-level performance metrics

Monitor replenishment, forecast accuracy, and out-of-stock trends
Performance Insights

Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs

Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and issue resolution

Support sales and supply chain teams with data-driven recommendations
Data Management & Quality

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data pulled from Retail Link

Maintain historical data sets for trend analysis and forecasting
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with account managers, supply chain, and finance teams

Communicate findings and insights in a clear, actionable format

Assist in preparing presentations and business reviews for Walmart
