How you will make an impact:

Kingsley Shores is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to play a vital role in our community, diligently maintaining the Physical Plant and Grounds to prevent breakdowns and accidents while meeting regulatory requirements. In this role, you will promptly report breakdowns and anticipated issues, ensuring the well-being of residents and stakeholders. Your support in swiftly turning around apartments for showcasing, renting, and moving in contributes to revenue generation. Additionally, you will actively communicate scheduled maintenance, discuss future plans for equipment upkeep, and provide input for capital budgeting.

This is a full-time position with day-time hours and alternating weekends that are On-Call. 

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer Skills required 
• Experience with Yardi or similar platforms preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
• Active Boilers license or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire 
• Active Pool Operators license or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
