Business Unit Operations (B2)

Key Responsibilities

Member of team that delivers cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed product line and  financial goals

Coordinate product  portfolio prioritization and budget alignment for product line

Track OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for product line

Contributes to business process creation and continuous improvement

Contributes to Division level business continuity planning and crisis management

• Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities

• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work

U.S. Salary Range:

$72,000.00 - $99,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
