About the Role
Are you ready to make a significant impact on our people and culture agenda? As the HR Director for Professional Hygiene (PH), you will be at the heart of driving our HR strategy across various regions and geographies. You will partner with leaders and senior executives to support our overall business strategy and people agenda. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders in the Business Unit and Essity HR Group functions and you will be a key player in execution of PH People Strategies and initiatives as well as implementing and driving global HR processes and initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President HR PH, you will be a vital part of our PH HR team.

The role should be based in our North America headquarter located in Philadelphia, supporting Central Functions supporting PH globally and Sales & Marketing in Latin America. Travelling on a regular basis will be required.
Your Scope and Responsibility
- Lead the implementation of Essity and PH global People- and Culture agenda within the Professional Hygiene Business Unit
- Play the role as Strategic HR Business Partner and collaborate daily with Leaders, Executives, and other key Stakeholders in PH and Essity
- Coach and support senior leaders in PH in both tactical and strategic matters and initiatives.
- Develop, lead and support both Essity and PH specific HR Project and Development Programs including Leadership- and Talent Development, Change Management, Organizational and Culture Development, Capability Development and Employee Experience
- Partner with global HR process owners and COE to support process delivery for Workforce Planning, Talent Management & Leadership, Engagement Surveys, Performance & Development, Compensation & Benefits and HR Metrics and analytics.
- Engage with and coach local Country HR teams to support PH and business unit initiatives.
To be able to deliver successfully, we believe you need following experience and competences.
- Significant years of experience from the HR field and/or from other relevant fields, in an international/global corporate environment including experience from senior levels in a global matrix organization
- Proven success in driving HR Management, global HR initiatives and change in global matrix organization with a high level of complexity.
- Proven Experience in Talent Management, Leadership and Capability Development, Culture Management, Organizational Design and Development
- Ability to quickly understand business drivers, connect HR programs and data to create business value, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Trusted leader with good communication- and stakeholder management skills with experience in developing relationships with senior leadership and influencing and challenging decision-makers at all levels.
- Since English is our corporate language, you are expected to be fluent in written and spoken English; ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
