Summary
Senior Scheduling Manager
The Senior Scheduling Manager will manage a team of Scheduling Administrators to ensure 100% workforce scheduling, staffing and coverage is in place, in order to execute assigned work. This position works in partnership with management to deliver high quality associates for work in their area. The incumbent must utilize proprietary management systems, as well demonstrate strong analytic and communication skills to accomplish these tasks.

Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeam Management• Regularly conduct coaching sessions with Full-Time & Part-Time associates to discuss strategies for ongoing demonstration and improvement in addition to regular visits re: Coaching/ Accountability / Motivation• Communicate with support team within assigned District to address support issues/discrepancies, determine appropriate mode of communicate depending on nature of issue.• Utilize Integrated Marketing Cube Reporting to review sales team’s results, monitor un-staffed locations and assess trends• Training of Full-Time & Part-Time associates in areas of store relationship building, product knowledge, and selling skills.• Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring and Scheduling of 60-100 remote direct reports.• Conduct employee evaluations & performance reviews.• Identify succession candidates to support future business growth.Schedule Management• Work with various internal software programs to ensure work is scheduled• Review all incoming associates to ensure they have completed training and their training completion is designated in the system• Review various reporting tools to identify long term staffing gaps and works with management to request additional associate support• Identify short term staffing gaps and leverages existing talent and other resources to ensure event execution meets standards• Identify long term trends in events and workload, and ensures that business is set up to execute to staffing targets• Partner with management, HR and other ASM departments regarding any related issuesCustomer Relations• In coordination with upline leaders, build strong relationships through frequent and consistent interactions with key company personnel
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Retail Management 5+ Years of experience in retail field management, with hiring, managing both full-time and part-time employees, demonstration or even marketing, results reporting, inventory, merchandising and training experience

Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
