Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for establishing, maintaining and reviewing schedules to minimize company overtime within WinTeam</li> <li>Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees</li> <li>Report all operational matters directly to the Vice President of Operations and/or members of senior management</li> <li>Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.</li> <li>Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately</li> <li>Monitors the quality of staff performance including review of disciplinary actions, recommendations for suspension or termination as well as ensuring a regular performance appraisal program for all staff</li> <li>Clearly and accurately record reported data such as call-offs, tardies, emergencies, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment</li> <li>Coordinates and documents performance tracking of all staff personnel</li> <li>Maintain and ensure the integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems working with Account Managers and HR department, as necessary</li> <li>Support HR department in review of involuntary terminations including coordinating and conducting exit interviews, assisting with unemployment claims, union grievances and appeals Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to all staff and job applicants</li> <li>Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends</li> <li>Prepare correspondence and memos as needed</li> <li>Responsible for tracking company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles
