BASF, the ultimate cool-kids club in the chemical industry, is looking for a Senior Specialist in Communications to join our Global Business Services (GB) team. Your Mission:

• Communications Hub Hero: Be the go-to person for all communication needs in the hub. Whether it’s crafting a message, planning a campaign, or supporting colleagues, you’ll make it happen. 
• Event Organizer Extraordinaire: Design and deliver engaging, fun, and memorable events that bring colleagues together and foster connection. 
• Graphic Guru: Transform ideas into visuals that pop! From infographics to presentations, your designs will captivate and inspire. 
• Brand Champion: Keep our visual identity on point, ensuring everything aligns with BASF’s brand guidelines. 
• Training Advocate: Deliver impactful training sessions with confidence and energy. Your strong public speaking skills will captivate and inspire colleagues, ensuring they are well-prepared, motivated, and set up for success.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or in a related field 
• several years of communications experience, preferably at a Fortune 500 corporation as well as working experience in an international or multicultural environment 
• superior messaging and writing skills, advanced experiences in crisis communications, issue management, branding and social media 
• proven ability to interact successfully with all levels of management, including senior management 
• native level German Speaker and excellent communication skills in English 

WHAT WE OFFER

• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options
• Gross annual salary (full-time): 48.000 - 52.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks 
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany
