RN House Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated RN House Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the nursing staff on duty in our healthcare facility. The RN House Supervisor will be responsible for managing the overall patient care activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to the nursing team.

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience as a nurse supervisor or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the nursing staff during shifts
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing personnel
- Evaluate the performance of staff and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during shifts
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for patients and staff
