Salary Range: $30.00 - $34.89  

*As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices 

Position Summary

This is a dynamic role involving coordination of WCINYP's access projects for both internal and external practices, as well as preparing for the EpicTogether integration project.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees current/new roll-outs and support to new and existing internal practices. Markets program(s), creates support materials, provides technical setup, troubleshoots issues, collects feedback from practices to find solutions and generates reports.
  • Serves as point of contact between WCINYP and the EpicTogether Team.
  • Ensures appropriate representatives from WCINYP are invited to, and present for, each session, across all topics and job roles/functions. Takes minutes during sessions, collects what has been decided, and what items are open.
  • Leverages knowledge of WCINYP workflows to identify areas of opportunity as it relates to changes being made.
  • Sets meetings with leadership and management teams to discuss changes to workflows, possible solutions levering IT and action items; provides feedback and necessary materials to EpicTogether team.
  • Solicits feedback from various shareholders.
  • Sets up training programs; conducts training.
  • Manages Unknown Provider process.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

  • High School Diploma

Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Approximately 3+ years of related experience.

Expertise with Medicalis Ops scheduling preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Critical independent thinking, prioritization of tasks, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Time management and priority setting: strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to understand need for a strong customer service and make appropriate adjustments to streamline workflows.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively across groups within a growing organization.
