About the role
Overview
- This position will report to the P2P Team Lead and will support the execution of P2P Master Data activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for master data processing of vendors, customer, intercompany (ICO) and financial MD based on the region ownership and backup plan. Management and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, policies and procedures in parallel. Ensure compliance to overall master data governance framework and standards to Financial Reporting.
- Coordinate between ERP system and individual process data standards for in scope and third-party processes.
- Review and execute master data change requests from markets and functional SSC Associates in a timely manner.
- Work closely with ZFS Associates to resolve master data related discrepancies, issues and queries in a timely manner by escalating to the Master data Team Lead as required.
- Responsible for the timely reporting of key financials and compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs)
- Train new members of Master Data team, conducting knowledge transfer and reporting the course of training and topics covered.
- Support master data projects and work with the Zoetis Business Technology team to build data requirements and governance frameworks for future IT projects
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices within Master Data area
- Participating in User Acceptance Testings, following given scenario in the testing environment, report potential issues and areas for improvements.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Education
- Undergraduate degree (educational background in Finance and/or accounting preferred)
- Good command of English (B2 level)
Job Experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Experience working in SSC/BPO environment would be an asset
