Crafted Highlights:   

In the role of Sr. Process Leader – Process Control working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Asset Care team in our Rocky Mountain Metal Company plant (RMMC).  You will lead, coach and motivate a 24-hour operational team in Process Control with limited to no managerial support on off-shifts to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system.

 

This position reports to Manager Engineering and Tech Services-RMMC.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

• Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
• Leverage World Class Supply Chain principles and best work practices which contribute to world class standards of operation through monitoring and evaluating key metrics to continuously improve performance. 
• Build and develop a team of technicians in the areas of technical and leadership capability.  Develop team members to lead and manage and make sound decisions in all performance aspects of can making operations. 
• Lead and provide local strategy for all environmental compliance and sustainability processes within the Plant. Serves as champion for Environmental Management best practice area.
• Design, plan, and perform engineering duties in the prevention, control, and abatement of environmental liabilities and concerns, utilizing various engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with government agencies and organizations to support water conservation and carbon reduction initiatives.

• You have at least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing/chemical processing field

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience in the can or end making process.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and approaches

• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
• You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
