We are currently seeking a Business Development Assistant to support our growing team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about market expansion, client relations, and strategic planning. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, maintaining client pipelines, and helping drive long-term value for the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Support proposal writing, presentations, and pitch materials

• Maintain and update CRM tools and client databases

• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with prospects

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on joint projects

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development metrics

Qualifications
