Location: Hybrid Houston TXFluence is embarking on a digital transformation journey to enable the company's mission to create a sustainable, clean-energy future for future generations. Global ERP implementation will be at the core of the transformation and will be a strategic companywide initiative.We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our digital transformation team. As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and sustainability. As the Supply Chain Business Lead for SAP Procurement Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of SAP Procurement solutions across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design efficient processes, and lead the implementation effort to optimize our procurement operations. Responsibilities· Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Procurement, ensuring alignment with the project timeline, budget, and objectives.· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document procurement process requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into SAP solutions.· Solution Design: Work closely with SAP consultants and architects to design and configure SAP Procurement modules to meet the organization's specific needs.· Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.· Change Management: Develop and execute a change management plan to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Procurement solutions across the organization.· Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their understanding and utilization of SAP Procurement tools and functionalities.· Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to in
