About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support the Business Solutions and Enablement team in the COO within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB). In this role, you will:
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of financial rules and regulations
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide project manager support in the implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Capital Markets experience and understanding of Capital Markets lines of business
- 4+ years working within financial services
- Experience consulting with internal clients and businesses
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Experience working on regulatory and compliance related projects
- Understanding of financial rules and regulations such as AML, OFAC, etc…
- Strong partnering and collaborating skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Charlotte, NC: $84,000 - $149,400
New York, NY: $100,800 - $179,200
