Role Overview:

The job role is responsible for managing and growing several ICT product portfolios. The role should actively identify & strategize future proof product planning & development in alignment with base products to support changing customer demands. The individual should take a leadership role in detailing out customer journey, service details and validation through market research, customer engagement, competition & best practices. The role is solely responsible to maximize revenue from the portfolio by working with cross functional stakes & leaders and creating an overall vision, service introduction roadmaps for eco system development of the product. The individual should have a good understanding of Telco Core technologies to excel in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Growing & nurturing the product portfolio in terms of Revenue, Subbase.

• Developing growth strategies and campaigns for the product portfolio

• Working with Customers, Sales, Sourcing, IT, Finance & Other stakeholders to maximize value from the product.

• Developing plans & forecasts to achieve targets against the portfolio.

• Perform FGD sessions with customers and sales & value chains to capture and validate requirements for the product.

• Work on diversifying the overall product vertical and bring in innovation to the portfolio to maximize value and distribute risk.

• Take part in identifying & solving customer journey pain-points to provide a seamless customer experience to our valued business customers.

• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to bring in maximum output for the product in terms of customer experience, revenue, churn management etc.

• ICT projects collaboration with cross divisional stakeholders

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors in EEE, CSE from any reputed University. MBA is an added advantage.

• Minimum 4 years work experience preferably in Technical Product Management/Development

• Working experience with APN, IP, Billing system will be an added advantage

• CCNA certification is preferred

Other Requirements:

• Sound knowledge on Core Network, Transmission & IT systems (APN, IP, Webapp, Billing system), 5G and NWaaS

• Sound knowledge on upcoming connectivity services in the telco domain in order to maximize profitability of the portfolio.

• Understanding of Analytics and data utilization to take business decisions.

• Interested in market research & data analytics for revenue and performance forecasting.

• Good understanding of customer journey simplification

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Quick learner with a knack to try out new initiatives for the product portfolio.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Passionate about new technologies to enhance business performance.

• Quick adaptation with changes in peripheral way of work
