Job Description Summary
As Manager, Commercial Contracting Execution Offer Development, you will report to the Sr Director, Commercial Contracting Offer Development, and oversee the Offer Development Contract Execution activities for Diagnostic Solutions (DSS) Local and Direct Sales Contracts along with Distribution Agreements and Channel Partner Agreements. You will be accountable for overseeing the management of front-end contract administration processes and best practices across CCO. You will engage with sales leaders, DS US Region sales associates, and finance, and drive best in class, innovative, enterprise operational capabilities and also establish policy, process and governance to ensure the effective implementation of complex, critical contracting activities which manage business opportunities appropriately.This leadership position directly manages 6-7 associates, with primary US Region accountability. Candidates who can work on-site for Monday through Thursday weekly are preferred; the role may be remote for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial contract execution and administration of Local and Direct agreements for DS capital and consumable products across all product platforms.
Scope includes operationalizing all commercial sales contracts including DS National and Regional GPO contracts (consumables and capital), other DS Nationals (Reference Lab, CRO and Non Acute), DS Regional Network (e.g., IDN) and other DS Regional/Local contracts, and DS Local Distribution Sales Programs.
Manage post-signature commercial contract operations including initial price eligibility at contract commencement, contract updates (adds/deletes, pricing changes price increases and expires), and dealer contract notifications while ensuring the workflow process is operative from contract signature to installation of capital.
Actively collaborate with distributor partner leaders to initiate business process continuous improvement activities, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve error prevention solutions, to enhance the distributor experience.
Collaborate with the Service Install team to ensure the effective execution of capital requests are supported.
Provide subject matter expertise and drive operations across the DS Commercial Capital Contracting Offer Development functional teams to bridge the process and optimize business continuity efficiently
Lead, implement, support and drive continuous process/system improvement initiatives across the DS Contract Operations functional teams while promoting business process integration across BDX
Responsible to maintain DS Contract related training material and updated desktop procedures in order to actively support and train
Facilitate requests to management to offer non-standard pricing and/or rebates for DS products
Perform compliance monitoring as it relates to renewal contract offers and inform Pre-deal and Sales team of results
Identify and understand key areas of change management with the ability to recognize and communicate the impact of change across the DS Contract Operations functional teams in order to adopt process initiatives and reinforce the need for change for long term sustainability while mitigating risk including leading and supporting administration of Sales Force, SharePoint, Case Management, CPQ, and CLM
Responsible for metrics, KPI’s (key performance indicators), SLA’s (service level agreements), and IIG’s to hold team accountable for achieving key strategic goals.
Provide guidance and coaching to associates to attract, develop, and retain talent.
About You:
BA/BS required;(In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years’ experience in commercial contract operations management.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial contract operations management, including contract strategy development, contract terms and condition
