Quality and Optimization Analyst

Job Summary:

The Quality and Optimization Analyst is responsible for providing self-assessment guidance for existing clients who express interest in optimizing their use of TruBridge RCM Modules. Guidance includes reviewing best practice guides and guiding clients in applying TruBridge best practice to their workflow. Optimization Support will identify opportunities to optimize TruBridge software features and resources features and present them to management.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage assigned TBRCM optimization project plans.
• Execute and effectively document the various tasks associated with each project.
• Effectively utilize departmental software such as Big Brother, GuideCX, CRM tool, or other functionalities to ensure transparency into the project plan from all TruBridge parties.
• Streamline communication and follow up between the various parties involved in the process.
• Perform applicable training and client meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

• Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Implementation, installation and/or software training experience.
