Veterinary Client Service Representative

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

Client Service & Front Desk Support

• Provide warm, professional customer service to clients and pets
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins/check-outs
• Relay messages and updates between clients and medical staff
• Build and maintain positive client relationships

Medical Records & Communication

• Collect, review, and upload medical records from referring veterinarians
• Ensure accurate patient information, vaccine history, and documentation
• Support client communication and outreach as needed

Administrative + Hospital Support

• Process invoices and payments
• Accurately input data into practice management software
• Fill prescription and food requests as directed by a veterinarian
• Assist with over-the-counter product sales and client education
