Project Manager E2E Processes & System Transformation – Finance, Controlling and Procurement (m/f/x)

<h1><b>Your Role</b></h1><ul><li><p>Managing the projects in the context of the global FIT4 Program for the workstream Finance, Controlling and Procurement within ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.</p></li><li><p>Taking responsibility for the analysis and coordination of the elaboration of global processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS Consumer Markets segment and IT experts.</p></li><li><p>Coordinating global processes, aligning them with business and IT experts in the ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.</p></li><li><p>Defining system requirements, exploring implementation options, and overseeing distributed IT and process architecture (SAP FICO, SAP BW, MRP in SAP MM, Azure Apps)</p></li><li><p>Managing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.</p></li><li><p>Evaluating and integrating FICO and procurement processes into ZEISS Global Templates and rollout within ZEISS Consumer Markets segment within time and budget based on appropriate effort, cost and time planning.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and integrating local needs into global templates.</p></li><li><p>Aligning the transformation process with ongoing projects within FICO and procurement at ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Your Profile</b></h1><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business administration, or related fields</p></li><li><p>3-5 years of experience in leading projects with reference in Finance and Controlling and Procurement</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in ERP systems, especially in SAP FICO and SAP MM</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive Understanding in IT Architecture with SAP and non-SAP landscape understanding</p></li><li><p>Experienced in global rollouts of IT Systems</p></li><li><p>Project management experience, strong analytics, and proactive approach</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentor.</p></li><li><p>Change management experience</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent English skills, German proficiency is a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:</p>Abbie Walters, Ronan McHugh, Rosie Marlow
