Team Overview:
As part of Regulatory Digital Health, The Policy Execution team drives the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of global regulatory policy across all Operations, Process, and Systems (O.P.S.) Functional Areas. The team is focused on evaluating policy impact on our processes, systems, and/or roles and ensuring this is done in a timely manner according to the relevance, importance, time sensitivity, and impact of that policy.
The Policy Execution team is accountable to the Regulatory Digital Health team and has the responsibility to lead the receipt and triage of draft and final policies, navigate the ever-evolving digital health regulations, and to ensure the Regulatory Affairs organization is aware, understands, and implements the latest regulations and guidance's globally.
Position Overview:
The incumbent, under the guidance of the Policy Execution leadership team, will help implement the overall strategy for policy management, including data analysis, process development, and partnership establishment within Global Regulatory Affairs. This may involve leading or supporting projects related to Project Management, Administrative support, and Digital Health programs. These opportunities offer valuable development for long-term career goals.
Primary duties/assignments:
Collaborate with the Policy Execution Team for the assessment, implementation, and tracking of new and updated global regulatory policies
Conduct assigned policy reviews to boost organizational risk management initiatives, including providing audit/assessment support
Build familiarity with GRACS systems enabling departmental support for initiatives, remediation efforts, and product research (i.e., submissions, registration, regulations, risks, etc.)
Participate and support as appropriate, operational processes and systems to incorporate Digital Health into the company across the product portfolio
Candidate may be required to do research on global agency sites and participate in meetings and conversations
Schedule as needed and actively facilitate discussions and interactions with cross functional and cross divisional teams and/or external partners.
Provide Regulatory Digital Health and Policy Execution leaders with administrative support
Support the assessment, communication, and implementation of the emerging Digital Health Regulatory landscape across the company portfolio
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a B.S. or graduate degree program in science, engineering, Public Health, Public Policy, Data Informatics, or related fields
Availability for in-office work based out of Upper Gwynedd, PA.
Ability to start the 6-month co-op position in January 2025 and work in a hybrid model (in office 3 or more days per week).
