Job Description
ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM) Business Unit creates products that enable organizations to modernize, automate, and optimize their IT workflows. You will be working closely with Product Managers with strong domain knowledge, solid PM fundamentals and ready for the challenge to build customer-centric products. Your mission will be to empower application developers on the ServiceNow platform, enabling them to build "AI-first" applications that drive outstanding user experiences; automate routine work, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes.

- ·Apply your wealth of practical design thinking and SaaS product management experience to help craft the next generation of ITSM products and practices.
- Lead the evolution of change management workflows in Service Operations.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries.
- Be instrumental in driving user experiences that delight end users while delivering value to customers.
- Collaborate effectively in an Agile work environment with product peers, user research, UX, engineering, implementation experts and customers to set product direction, and definition.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate product plans and execute the product roadmap.
- Leverage knowledge of existing ServiceNow products and capabilities to ensure the most efficient delivery of products.
- ·Partner and influence horizontal products and platform roadmaps, to leverage innovations that’s delivered across the entire ServiceNow product portfolio.
- Understand the competitive landscape and where ServiceNow fits into the ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering on release management, understand dependencies, and help address risks and resolve issues.
- Drive product adoption with customers and stay closely plugged into customer, partner, and field feedback to improve product and drive roadmap.
- Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
- Effectively work with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support for enablement to ensure successful release and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with the central pricing team and provide recommendations to the Pricing Committee on the product’s pricing and packaging.
- Implement packaging definitions in the product and build necessary license and entitlement verifications.
- Demonstrate strategies and tactics to deeply understand the users of ServiceNow and bring that perspective back into the organization (“voice of the customer”).
