Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager will aid in our client retention efforts by working with external and internal stakeholders to manage day-to-day activities for our top advertising accounts.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of top advertising accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews of your book of business to review ad spend with clients.
• Assist with getting advertisements live and negotiate payout increases.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase advertising spend within our proprietary network by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Analyze ad performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage customer issues within Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and providing strategic guidance on affiliate marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role. Experience in the affiliate marketing industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
