Executive Assistant

M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our senior executives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can anticipate needs and ensure the executive’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do: 

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements and track expenses
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and contact lists.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings (client and internal), events, and conference calls, including agendas and minutes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Track tasks and follow-ups to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Proactive new business follow-ups and reminders
• Business affairs support- contractor onboardings, MSAs and new client forms

What You'll Bring: 

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
• High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in working in agency environment, a plus.

Salary range is up to $70,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
