Mission Focus: NT Concepts seeks a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the development of a vital Client Engagement and Mobile Intelligence Delivery Application for the DIA. This initiative will revolutionize FINTEL compilation, access, and utilization for key defense intelligence stakeholders.

This application will be used by DIA's Executive Support Operations Division, Joint Staff, and intelligence briefers at CCMDs and SICs, integrating with existing enterprise systems.

Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI and CI Polygraph preferred.

Location/Flexibility: National Capitol Region, with potential for hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

The Technical Lead will provide technical vision and oversight for the Client Engagement and Mobile Intelligence Delivery Application. You will lead a development team and collaborate with the Program Manager and government stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and implementing advanced technical solutions to meet government requirements.
• Leading the development of new capabilities, including AI/ML integration.
• Ensuring alignment with government-specified front-end (JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON), back-end (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, Solr, SQL, Node.js/TypeScript, Java), and AI technologies.
• Overseeing secure and scalable development with unclassified code and secure classified configurations.
• Ensuring compatibility with the government network environment and high system availability.
• Leading software development and delivery using a government-defined DevOps model.
• Designing web services for interoperability.
• Contributing to training and communication materials.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on requirements and delivery.
• • Synthesize FINTEL into customizable digital read books.
  • Enable global collaboration on read book development.
  • Integrate AI/ML for FINTEL recommendations and streamlined intelligence identification.
  • Enhance client engagement through metrics, feedback capture, and requirements documentation.
  • Improve data discoverability across applications, including client feedback on DIAAE FINTEL.
  • Support mobile delivery of read books on any digital tablet.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI and CI Polygraph preferred.
• 10 years of IT experience with 2 years in a Technical Lead role.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, Solr), SQL, Node.js/TypeScript, and server-side languages (e.g., Java).
• Strongly desired: Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies.
• Plus: Experience with cloud environments and Agile/DevOps.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.
