Creative Web & Visual Designer

Trickle Up is seeking a talented Creative Web & Visual Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our digital presence and crafting visually compelling designs that engage and inspire our audience.

As a Creative Web & Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning, user-friendly websites and digital content that reflect Trickle Up's mission of empowering underserved communities. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and communication teams to design and implement visual solutions that elevate our brand identity across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging website layouts, graphics, and visual assets that align with the Trickle Up brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute site content and strategies that enhance user experience.
• Optimize website design for mobile devices, ensuring responsive designs that deliver a seamless user experience.
• Integrate visual storytelling techniques to effectively communicate program impact and organizational goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging web design trends and best practices, implementing them in your work.
• Conduct user testing and research to understand audience needs and iteratively improve design solutions.
• Help develop style guides and design systems that maintain consistency across visual communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design and visual communication skills.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and practices.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and web development frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• MUST have good English as they will have to converse with UK client regularly
