Traveling Environmental Superintendent

DIRECT HIRE: Amazing direct hire opportunity for an experienced Traveling Environmental Superintendent with Remediation experience.  This position reports directly to the shop department manager.

Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects across multiple sites with minimal supervision, managing multidisciplinary tasks and schedules effectively
• Ensure compliance with company and client Health and Safety requirements
• Direct field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure project progress
• Maintain accurate daily field documentation
• Identify contract requirements, potential changes, and out-of-scope items
• Assist in cost estimation and negotiation with vendors/subcontractors
• Conduct initial accident investigations and develop appropriate procedures
• Collaborate with senior management to establish project goals
• Supervise and mentor up to 10 direct craft reports
• Preferred:
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and current 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher required
• USACE QC Training 

• Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demo/decon, or habitat restoration
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in construction projects
