Logitech is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Analytics & Data Manager to support regional marketing analytics and data alignment efforts for Logitech’s B2B team (Logitech for Business) across the European region.

This key position will play a critical role in equipping the marketing team with the data-driven insights and reporting needed to achieve impactful, scalable, and measurable results.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging analytics, data automation, and process optimization to enable smarter business decisions, while also building collaborative relationships across teams including marketing, sales, finance, and IT.

In this role your responsibilities will include the following:

1. Marketing Analytics and Insights

  • In close collaboration with our Central Analytics team, develop and execute a regional marketing analytics strategy to support data-driven decision-making and campaign effectiveness.

  • Measure the performance of marketing initiatives across channels, providing real-time and comprehensive dashboards, insights, and performance reports to stakeholders in alignment with Central Analytics and reporting strategies.

  • Leverage global frameworks to analyze pipeline performance tied to marketing efforts (demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, etc.).

  • In collaboration with the Central Analytics team, define lead forecasting, benchmarking, and KPI development to assess and optimize marketing ROI effectively.

  • Utilize predictive analytics and market trends to provide actionable recommendations that scale.
     

2. Marketing Operations Leadership

  • Manage the Marcom (OPEX) and MDF budgets to ensure efficient spend with a dedicated focus on the highest ROI and business generating activities.

  • Partner closely with the global and regional marketing leadership teams to ensure operational alignment and scalable processes to streamline go-to-market efforts.
     

3. Data Governance and System Optimization

  • Advocate for best practices in data collection, segmentation, and integration, ensuring GDPR compliance across all campaigns and channels in Europe.
     

4. Strategic Collaboration and Team Leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner to the B2B leadership team, advising on the impact of marketing investments and market trends with data-backed insights.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and local market teams to ensure marketing efforts align with regional business goals and revenue priorities.

  • Stay informed on market trends to maintain competitiveness.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Relevant education to the related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing analytics or operations, preferably in the B2B or technology sector within Europe.

  • Expertise in data visualization and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Demandbase, Adobe) and proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

  • Strong understanding of European markets, GDPR compliance, and other regional regulatory requirements influencing marketing activities.

  • Strong communicator and strategic thinker with demonstrated success in using analytics to influence business and marketing strategies.

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple processes and stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset coupled with strong communication skills to translate analytics into narratives for leadership teams.

  • Comfort working within a global context and balancing regional market needs with global frameworks.
