Job Summary:This position supports the Project Resource Office in reviewing and coordinating Project detail from the approved 5-Year construction program. Maintains a database of project information and project schedules used for reporting on a weekly basis the status and progress of projects to be delivered in the current fiscal year. Helps support the delivery and coordination of projects through reporting and performing data analysis ensuring the integrity of a project's data utilizing varying systems. This position has the opportunity for telework when a business need is identified. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Job Duties:Review and analyze project data with regard to Project Review Board (PRB) status and implementation of project management Change request budget increase decrease or scope change and or schedule change. Update and put out a schedule of meetings associated with the PRB and ADOT change management process
Coordination work with reporting of delivery metrics on a weekly basis with dashboard and reporting features from workfront and other data management tools with regard to project schedules and the movement of projects from task to task throughout the Fiscal Year.
Update and coordinate the Project Information Retrieval Tool (PIRT) as needed throughout the year as project information changes throughout the PRB process. Add new projects once the five year program is approved
Knowledge of:
- Programming, design, development, construction, maintenance, ADOT organization, technical areas, and scheduling techniques;
- General procedures of outside agencies and computer programs available for use within the work unit;
- Federal and State regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines as applicable to the Highway Development Process;
- Google Workspace.

Knowledge of ADOT project development process, ADOT design and construction standards, and/or equivalent experience.

Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license
