Design Intern

Your territory

As part of our Marketing Design team, you will:

• Learn and contribute to exciting design projects in a team that thrives on creativity and collaboration
  
• Grow your skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and workshops
  
• Work closely with an international, diverse, and creative team
  
• Assist in designing digital and print assets (such as digital ads, emails, social media content, etc.) while learning how to maintain Tractive’s visual identity and tone of voice
  
• Support the team in brainstorming and experimenting with new creative ideas
  
• Gain insights into how design impacts performance by collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing creative effectiveness
  
• Learn how to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with guidance from experienced designers
  
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• A portfolio (can include academic, personal, or freelance projects) that demonstrates creativity and a strong design foundation
  
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (hands-on experience is a plus)
  
• A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
  
• Eagerness to learn and develop design skills, including working with scalable design systems and asset libraries
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Excellent English skills
• Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: The monthly gross salary for an internship is € 2,038 on a full-time basis. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend.
