Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Reliability Engineer. In this role, you will do mathematical modeling for spacecraft and missile reliability. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of statistical analysis and electrical designs. Must be a US Citizen

Basic Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an Engineering or Physics degree, or other related background or field of study from an accredited university or college.
• Mathematical modeling or statistical analysis
• Electrical / electronics related studies or experience

Desired skills

• Masters of Science (MS) coursework related to the following desired degrees - Mathematics, Operations Research, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, electrical circuit design, and environmental effects on performance
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
• Familiarity with Military Reliability HDBKS and Standards i.e.; the application of probability and statistics to support decisions regarding sample size, burn-in life testing and failure analysis investigations
• Active clearance

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide emplo
