Summary
The Director, Corporate Security will be responsible for implementing Chobani’s corporate security strategy and driving physical security operations across the full Chobani – La Colombe footprint. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing physical security solutions that reduce risk to Chobani’s personnel, assets, facilities and reputation. The Director will have primary responsibility for program management of the executive protection (EP) program, including managing Chobani’s executive protection agents. The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate security experience and expertise and a firm grasp of risk management principles.
Responsibilities
• Implement Chobani’s corporate security strategy, ensuring it reflects the company’s goals, culture, and risk tolerance.
• Develop security policies and procedures and ensure uniform acceptance and implementation at all Chobani sites.
• Manage an ongoing risk management cycle of assessment, mitigation, and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of corporate security programs and solutions.
• Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
• Coordinate with all internal and external security stakeholders, as appropriate.
• Willingness to travel and be available outside of regular working hours as needed.
• Ability to engage with senior (non-security) executives and other internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-10 years of high-level corporate security experience and/or experience in law enforcement or intelligence.
• A track record of proven leadership and the demonstrated ability to design and implement security solutions across a large enterprise.
• Demonstrated proficiency in executive protection.
• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, or a related field.

Compensation Range: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00, plus bonus.
