Raw Material Coordinator

Job Summary

 

 

 

Howmet Aerospace has an immediate opening for a Raw Material Coordinator in our Tooling Business Center at our Engines Products – Howmet Aerospace Tempcraft – Brecksville location. This position is responsible for the ensuring that customer requirements are meet for the Aerospace Industry prior to shipping. 

 

This is a 1st  Shift position Monday through Friday from 7:00 pm – 3:30 pm.

 

Howmet Engines is a world-class producer of aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, including airfoils, rings, disks and forgings. We excel in vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings and hot isostatic pressing for high performance parts that enable the next generation of quieter, more fuel-efficient aero engines and cleaner power generation.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

The job responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following elements:

• Clerical duties that support operations – file, process and prepare any required documentation
• Organize and manage repetitive workload for maximum efficiency
• Must be flexible in being cross-trained to fulfill various responsibilities within other positions
• Order Raw Material from Job Specific Bill of Materials (BOMs)
• Supports shipping and receiving
• Must be able to work independently and as a team
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager

Job Specifications

 

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP (Oracle) experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
