What You’ll Do
Leads the development, evolution and continued enhancement of Records Management activities within Customer Service Operations. Works closely both within and outside of the business unit to understand the records environment; leads development of strategies that ensure consistent adherence to company-level Records Management requirements. Contributes to the development of company-level capabilities that will support compliance while minimizing manual dependencies.
How You’ll Do It
- Plans, organizes, directs, reviews, coordinates, and establishes controls for all records management activities for the business unit, inclusive of retention, review, and destruction.
- Promotes and reinforces adherence to the company’s Records Management Policy and associated standards/procedures. Serves as business unit subject matter expert on records management principles and requirements. Engages business partners across the organization to understand common challenges and best practices.
- Represents the business unit in cross-functional efforts to build & enhance records management capabilities. Understands and can represent the interests of business unit stakeholders who are subject to record management requirements. Skilled in making the necessary connections between systematic capabilities and supporting processes/controls.
- Additional assignments and process management responsibilities, as determined by the needs and priorities of the business unit.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor’s in finance, business, or engineering
- 6+ years’ experience, 2 or more years managing enterprise programs involving multiple business areas.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
